To support ICHOS’s operation, we maintain a set of due payments that organisations are required to settle to get their creative online courses accredited. These fees are based on covering the costs of the services we provide and are subject to change without prior notice.

Know Where Your Payments Go

ICHOS maintains integrity through impartiality and transparency in all our transactions. You are guaranteed that the money you spend for accreditation directly goes to its intended purpose. We have outlined below the payments we charge to organisations whose courses are accredited by us.

Accreditation Due Payments

Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee must be settled by organisations pursuing accreditation for their courses, which must be paid upon requesting for accreditation. This particular fee covers the administrative costs of application, including transcription and filing of records and assistance on self-review.

Evaluation Fee

Similar to the application fee, the evaluation fee is non-refundable and shall be paid upon confirmation of the course evaluation from us. The full fee covers all the costs the evaluation process entails, including checking of documentation and payment to assessors.

Accreditation Renewal Fee

An accreditation renewal fee will be charged for those who would like to renew the accreditation status of their creative courses. The fee is for the review of accreditation renewal files and their upkeep and assessors’ payment.

We ask organisations to contact us prior to requesting for accreditation so as to get more information about our due payments and ensure that all terms are clear.
